Excellent service, friendly staff, and English communication. Connected to a convenient mall with a supermarket and dining options. Impressive breakfast with attentive managers. Knowledgeable concierge. Did not have a chance to use pool and gym, but staff 

Good Location and reasoable price

Very recent hotel, nicely decorated. Breakfast is a must! Nice rooms with a very comfortable (and huge) bed. The personnel is very kind. Very clean and the bathroom is also quite big (includes shower and big bath tub). Good 

I had a great value for my money at this hotel. The room was comfortable and the location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and a mall nearby. The staff treated me very well, from the friendly front desk to the helpful concierge

During my recent business trip to Beijing, I had the pleasure of staying at the Crowne Plaza Beijing Chaoyang U-Town, An Ihg Hotel, which was chosen by my director. The hotel's commitment to health and wellness impressed me greatly. The

Perfect location, just a short walk from the office and metro station. Health center and pool are great. Breakfast buffet offers a variety of delicious options. Conveniently attached to a mall with nice restaurants. 

Clean, near Subway station, access to a mall for shopping and restaurants, good location and luxury.

Concierge service is poor. Staff knowledge of English language is poor, especially the restaurants. Although the room is no smoking but the there was the smell of cigarettes in the room. The a/c system in the room is not a good system. The bathroom in a luxury hotel should include a Bidet.

The hotel is well located and connected to the airport by local bus line 3. It is close to a multi-story mall filled with restaurants and shops, and a metro station is nearby. The room and bathroom are spacious and clean, with great
