The fitness center at this hotel was amazing! I was blown away by how clean and well-maintained the equipment was. The yoga area was huge and peaceful, with mats that were spotless. Plus, the hotel's proximity to a mall was a game-changer, especially because they had a non-Asian restaurant. The bathroom in my suite was awesome, with a spacious shower and a separate tub. And let's not forget about the breakfast buffet - it was mind-blowing! The juice bar and smoked salmon were top-notch, and the option to make your own omelet was a nice touch. But what really made my stay incredible was the exceptional service. From the front desk to the concierge to the restaurant staff, everyone was super welcoming and helpful. The hotel's connection to the mall was also a big plus, as it made getting supplies and snacks a breeze. And I can't emphasize enough how great the breakfast staff were. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, even helping clear our plates and serve our coffees. The concierge was also fantastic, providing great recommendations for local attractions. Although I didn't have a chance to use the pool or gym, I have no doubt that the experience would have been equally impressive with such attentive staff. The efficient and quick check-in and check-out from the front desk was another highlight. But what really stood out to me was a waitstaff member during our Valentine's dinner. She was incredibly friendly and made sure we had a wonderful time, even offering to take our photo in the valentine-themed area. She went the extra mile to make the evening special. the hotel management has done an amazing job assembling a team of outstanding individuals who made our stay pleasant and unforgettable. During my recent business trip to Beijing, I had the pleasure of staying at the Crowne Plaza Beijing Chaoyang U-Town, An Ihg Hotel, which was chosen by my director. The hotel's commitment to health and wellness impressed me greatly. The 500 sqm of space dedicated to health-oriented leisure options provided a fantastic range of facilities. The fully equipped gym allowed me to maintain my fitness routine, while the sauna, steam room, and spa helped me unwind after a long day of meetings. The heated indoor swimming pool with its stunning glass roof and bar was a delightful feature, offering a unique and relaxing experience. , the full-service spa was a true sanctuary, providing massages, body treatments, and facials that left me feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.

Concierge service is poor. Staff knowledge of English language is poor, especially the restaurants. Although the room is no smoking but the there was the smell of cigarettes in the room. The a/c system in the room is not a good system. The bathroom in a luxury hotel should include a Bidet.

The hotel is well located and connected to the airport by local bus line 3. It is close to a multi-story mall filled with restaurants and shops, and a metro station is nearby. The room and bathroom are spacious and clean, with great amenities. The breakfast buffet is diverse, and the staff are friendly and helpful.
